Shipping policy

There are no returns or exchanges for this item due of its sanitary nature. Orders are sent on Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your purchase before it is dispatched. (THIS SHIPPING TIME FRAME DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR DURING HIGH VOLUME ORDERS.)

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. These times may be extended for holidays, product launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any shipping deliveries that are delayed or disrupted by customs, natural disasters, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers. We strongly advise our customers to check with their country's customs/taxes before making their purchase.

We are not liable for lost or stolen things if your order was shipped to the accurate address you specified on the order or any other shipping address you confirmed. If the package has not been delivered, please contact your local post office and provide the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email so that they can trace it for you.

Please make sure that the address you gave at checkout is complete and correct at the time of purchase. Dzastina Agata Natural accepts NO responsibility for any incomplete or insufficient addresses provided by our customers. If our facility receives your shipment due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will give you an invoice for shipping, which means you will be paid for a new shipping label. If the consumer chooses not to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package and will not be refunded.
