Refund policy
For sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds/exchanges or accept returns on this item. Dzastina Agata Natural maintains the right to deny any returns at any time.
If your order has already been processed for shipment (your shipping label has been created and you have received a shipping confirmation email), we will be unable to grant you a refund. Shipping expenses will not be repaid in this scenario, either.
We are not liable for lost or stolen items if your order was shipped to the accurate address you specified on the order or any other shipping address you confirmed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or missing item, we will gladly replace it within three business days of delivery.
If you want to cancel your unshipped and unprocessed order for a full refund or have any questions, please email us at dandanatural@gmail.com. If authorized, you will be instantly refunded using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
Please make sure that the address you gave at checkout is complete and correct at the time of purchase. Dzastina Agata Natural is not responsible for any partial or insufficient addresses provided by our clients. If our facility returns your shipment due to an incomplete or insufficient address, we will give you an invoice for shipping, which means you will be paid for a new shipping label. If the consumer chooses not to pay the invoice, they will not receive their package and will not be refunded.
Damages & Issues
Once order is received, please inspect your order (package) and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or includes a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect please attach photos to your email in order to resolve the issue.
